Information We Collect

Our conversion tools run in your browser. We do not upload or store the videos and images you choose for conversion. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. We also collect limited technical and usage data, such as IP address, device and browser identifiers, referring URL, timestamps, visited pages, approximate location, and interaction events.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and tools
  • To understand aggregate traffic and product usage
  • To respond to support or privacy requests
  • To improve our services

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and product usage in aggregate (for example, page views, device/browser signals, and key conversion or tool events). Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. You can learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through aggregated analytics, interaction data, and session recordings. Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies. You can learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize, and measure ads. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

The current runtime loads Adsterra native and banner ads on eligible tool and guide pages. Adsterra and its advertising partners may process IP address, device and browser signals, approximate location, page and interaction data, cookies, pixels, web beacons, or similar identifiers to deliver and measure those ads. We do not load Social Bar, pop-up, or popunder units in the current site runtime. See the Adsterra Cookies Policy.

When you sign in, our own account, download, purchase, support, and product-telemetry systems may associate records with your account ID or email. Our current Google Analytics event parameters do not include your email address. We retain operational records while reasonably needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, support users, meet legal obligations, or resolve transactions; vendor retention and controls are described in the linked provider policies.

Ads and analytics use different controls. Choosing Decline analytics keeps Google Analytics storage denied while Clarity may still provide limited cookieless measurement; choosing Accept analytics enables analytics measurement storage. Ads may load independently on eligible pages and may be subject to additional regional consent requirements. You can manage Google personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and clear site data in your browser to see the banner again.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. Use our contact page to exercise these rights or ask a privacy question.
