WhatsApp exports voice notes as OPUS inside OGG containers. WeChat and QQ use the proprietary SILK codec (.silk or .slk). Older phones and some messengers still use AMR. This tool decodes all of them and re-encodes to a universal MP3 you can play anywhere or edit in any audio app.
