Keep the clip short — export is clamped to 3 seconds for iOS wallpaper use.
Convert in-browser and download *_live_wallpaper.mov plus *_keyframe.jpg.
Transfer both files to iPhone (AirDrop is fastest). The pair is not a packaged .livephoto by itself.
