How to convert video to Live Wallpaper

Upload MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI, or MKV (one file).
Keep the clip short — export is clamped to 3 seconds for iOS wallpaper use.
Convert in-browser and download *_live_wallpaper.mov plus *_keyframe.jpg. This is not a system Live Photo with a LIVE badge yet.
Transfer both files to iPhone via AirDrop or Files. Make sure both assets arrive.
Open the MOV on iPhone and save it to Photos. The result should appear as a Live Photo with a LIVE badge after import.
